Ariel Fischer is an experienced software engineer and quantitative analyst. He has spent the last 10 years working on greenfield projects, specifically designing and building systems and collaborative platforms for large-scale data analysis.
He is passionate about software engineering, user experience design, and streamlining the value chain from data => analysis => presentation.
Ariel holds an M.S. degree in physics and mathematics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).

Ernesto has worked and studied in many companies, countries and fields, ranging from an LMS platform in Guatemala, web development in Hungary and the Netherlands and Microsoft in Norway. In those companies, he has used his creativity and experience to develop high quality software that makes people’s life a bit simpler. Ernesto appreciates clean solutions that work efficiently.
Looking at the great success stories of our time within the world of technology, Henrik has always been curious how they got to where they are, and what it really means to be great.
Passionate about elegance in everything from visuals and user experience to the underlying plumbing of software; he believes firmly that technology should be joyful to use, and that it still has a vast untapped potential to enhance collaborative work.
Henrik has worked 3,5 years on quantitative and qualitative risk assessments in the maritime industry, as well as two years as an HVAC engineer within civil engineering. He holds an M.S. degree in Energy and Process Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
Pål H. Prydz
Pål is an experienced financial analyst and business developer. His background includes working for an oil and gas focused private equity fund and one of Europe’s largest renewable energy companies.
He understands the requirements and desires of investors and executives when it comes to analysis software and is a firm believer in data science as a means to improve performance.
Pål holds an MSc from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and UC Berkeley.
